Limited product warranty

Qualifying Zalaska hardware is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated in its product documentation. Coverage begins from the documented acquisition date and applies to the original eligible product.

Claim process

1. Contact support with the model, serial number, and proof of acquisition.
2. Describe the issue and complete reasonable diagnostic steps.
3. If approved, follow the provided repair, replacement, or return instructions.

Coverage does not include accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, normal wear, lost data, or use outside documented limits. Local consumer rights may provide additional protections.

Returning an eligible product

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition and include all accessories, manuals, packaging, and proof of purchase.

How to request a return

1. Email zalaskatech@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions before sending the product.
3. Pack the product securely and use a trackable shipping service.

Products damaged through misuse, modified products, missing components, and items returned without authorization may not be accepted. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

How refunds are processed

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
