UltraConnect 5G setup

  1. Activate a compatible physical SIM before installation.
  2. Connect the unit directly to a computer through Ethernet for initial setup.
  3. Use the browser interface to select the carrier profile and confirm the APN.
  4. Run signal checks before choosing the final pole or wall position.
  5. Use only compatible 24V passive PoE equipment.

SignalReach 4G LTE setup

  1. Insert an activated SIM with a suitable data plan.
  2. Connect the included Ethernet and power equipment.
  3. Use signal search to compare available carrier networks.
  4. Aim and secure the directional antenna at the best location.
  5. Weather-seal the cable entry before outdoor service.

Outdoor installation care

  1. Use outdoor-rated Ethernet cable for exposed runs.
  2. Inspect the Ethernet gland before mounting the enclosure.
  3. Keep cable bends gentle and add a drip loop.
  4. Do not exceed the supported cable distance or PoE voltage.
  5. Recheck mounting hardware after severe weather.

Coverage built around product confidence

Zalaska’s limited warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects during the coverage period stated with each product. Proof of acquisition, the product identifier, and a clear issue description may be required.
